Christ Church invites all

worship, prayer, study and service. Our goal is to spread the Good
News, using our diverse gifts, our facilities and resources, to the
advancement of God's kingdom.
Our vision
for Christ Church is a vibrant church actively ministering to one
another and to the broader community. We envision a diverse and growing
membership engaged in continuing development of their spiritual life.

Healing
Sunday - First Sunday of Every Month
|
Healing Sunday will take place on the first Sunday of every month,
starting with the May 2nd service .
During the service, we will use the Litany of Healing. There will also
be healing stations in the sanctuary.

July 11 - T-Shirt Sunday
|
Wear your favorite T-Shirt during the Sunday service at 9 am on June
11. Please bring extra t-shirts as we are collecting t-shirts for
homeless persons.

Soaking Prayer
Ministry
|
Soaking Prayer is described as resting in God's presence. This is
accomplished by playing some gentle worship songs either sitting or
lying down and praying short, sinple prayers for an extended period of
time, but otherwise keeping your mind free of other thoughts.

Beads of Prayer
Ministry
|
Christ Church is a partner parish within the On Beads of Prayer
ministry. OBOP is a ministry
through our National Church to supply prayer beads to our troops
heading into harm’s way in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is not necessary to
purchase beads to participate.
As a partner parish we will join the 17 other parishes that help supply
the beads for this ministry. All the supplies are sent to us as a
partner parish. As the beads are completed, we send them in and get
more supplies in return. The beads are shipped to the chaplains who
work with the troops. This will help us to expand our out reach
ministry to the far corners of the earth.
If you would like to string a hand held prayer bead for yourself there
will be a $12
charge. Once you learn how this is done, you can string your beads at
home and
bring them into the church or the group can meet to bead at the church.

Men's
Ministry
|
The
Men's Ministry is a service organization at Christ Church and is open
to all men of the Church. Its members support the parish through
service project, parish social activities and fund raisers.

Cemetery
Lots
|
Christ
Church Cemetery lots are available.
A 4'X8' burial site costs $850 and a cremation site costs $450. Easy
payment plans are available if desired. Please contact the Church
