Mother’s Day by the Men 05-11-25

The men of the church really outdid themselves in handling the Mother’s Day coffee hour reception.  After a beautiful service during which we paid tribute to mothers and mother figures, we moved to the parish hall where a feast awaited.  Each lady received a rose, and we sampled the abundant food.

Spaghetti Dinner 05-10-25

Everyone worked hard to make our first Spaghetti Dinner of 2025 a success.  It was enjoyed by one and all.

150th Anniversary Tea 04-26-25

Our first 150th Anniversary event was a Tea on April 26, 2025.  The planning team’s dreams came alive as we packed the parish hall with members, family, and friends and enjoyed fellowship, fun and delicious goodies.  Many of the ladies wore hats which was wonderful.  Hats off to the planning team and all who worked and helped to make our Tea a success.

Easter Sunday Festive Eucharist, 9:00 AM 04/20/25

A joyful atmosphere filled the sanctuary at our service on Easter Sunday.  It was a powerful service to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord.

Easter Sunday Vigil Service, 6:00 AM 04/20/25

Our Easter Sunday begins early, in the dark, at 6:00 am.  We gathered outdoors to light the Paschal Candle, from which the other candles were lit.  We celebrated the Light of Christ, triumphing over the darkness.

Good Friday 04/18/25

Our Good Friday Service was was deeply moving. Especially touching were the 14 Stations of The Way of The Cross as we walked around our sanctuary.

Maundy Thursday 04-17-25

We had a very special Maundy Thursday service, including a foot washing which was a deeply spiritual act for all involved.

Clergy Renewal of Vows 04-15-25

It was fitting that on her first official day as our Rector, Rev. Creamilda Yoda renewed her baptismal/ordination vows at the inspiring National Cathedral, as part of an annual service for all clergy in the diocese.  It was both a joyful and profoundly spiritual service.

Palm Sunday 04-13-24

Hosanna in the highest!  Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!

We celebrated Palm Sunday with the Blessing of the Palms outdoors, and then processed into the church for the remainder of the service, always a special and moving time of worship.

Pancake Dinner 03-04-25

Our Pancake Dinner is always a favorite with parishioners and the community.  Also not to be missed is our bountiful bake sale.
